Seo Hyun-jin, Hwang In-youp and Huh Joon-ho to Star in "Why Her?"

Actors Seo Hyun-jin, Hwang In-youp, and Huh Joon-ho have been cast in "Why Her?".

"Why Her?" depicts the painful but exciting story of Oh Soo-jae (Seo Hyun-jin), a cold lawyer who is empty in pursuit of success and Gong Chan (Hwang In-youp), a law school student who is not afraid of anything to protect her.

Seo Hyun-jin plays the role of Oh Soo-jae, a star lawyer who swallows her regrets and becomes stronger. Oh Soo-jae is the youngest partner lawyer at a leading TK law firm and a one-top ace recognized by everyone, who has been desperately running for success with a desire to win and self-righteousness that makes her opponents kneel down in front of her regardless of who they are.

Seo Hyun-jin, who plays Oh Soo-jae is expected to prove once again the true value of the 'trusted actor'. Her character is spiteful and climbs higher towards life although her life has been severely changed due to the wrong choices which she believed to be opportunities for success.

Hwang In-youp, dubbed a 'popular actor' from "True Beauty", plays Gong Chan, a law school student who reaches out to Oh Soo-jae, who falls into abyss. Warm young man Gong Chan is a person with a unique empathy who knows how to look into people's hearts. It seems like his life is without ups and downs, but he faces a change as he fatefully meets Oh Soo-jae, who was pushed out as a law school adjunct professor due to an unexpected incident. Recognized for his exciting romance chemistry in "True Beauty", he will once again perform a special melodrama with Seo Hyun-jin.

Huh Joon-ho plays Choi Tae-gook, chairman of the TK Law Firm. In order to realize his desire, he is a character who crosses the boundaries of good and evil without hesitation and watches Oh Soo-jae, who hides her innermost thoughts and is loyal to herself. The fiery acting synergy created with Seo Hyun-jin as Oh Soo-jae, who will set up a tense confrontation, is expected to be another viewing point.

"Why Her?" will premiere in the first half of 2022
