"Revenant" Oh Jung-se and Lee Jae-won-I and writer Kim Eun-hee-I

Actor Lee Jae-won-I and his similarity to actor Oh Jung-se landed him a special appearance in the SBS Friday-Saturday drama "Revenant". He played the role CEO Yeom Jae-woo of Joonghyun Capital, Yeom Hae-sang's (Oh Jung-se) father in a reminiscing scene. Not only did he perfectly pull of being possessed by a ghost, but viewers were drawn in thanks to how much he resembled Oh Jung-se.

After the drama, Lee Jae-won-I had said, "It was a great opportunity for me to act out a father-son role with actor Oh Jung-se who I even think looks very much like me. We didn't get a chance to meet during filming but I hope we can run into each other again with something else".

"Mr. Sunshine" Jo Woo-jin and Kim Byung-chul

Kim Eun-sook did just as "Revenant" writer Kim Eun-hee-I did. They didn't come across one another as characters in "Guardian: The Lonely and Great God" but in "Mr. Sunshine", they were both captured on camera. In the role where Kim Byung-chul in the role of Il-sik and Jo Woo-jin in the role of Im Gwan-soo come together, she even added the line they that 'look alike'.

In an ending interview, Kim Byung-chul said, "I did see the familiarity in some angles. Jo Woo-jin said he was happy there was another story to tell the viewers about us. The writer did a good job in utilizing our similarity. I thought it was a good idea when I first heard it".

"Another Child" Yeom Hye-ran and Jung Yi-rang

Actor Kim Yun-seok's first directing film "Another Child" also consists of look-alike actors. They are Jung Yi-rang and Yeom Hye-ran. They appeared as mother and patient in the same hospital ward as Mi-hee (Kim So-jin). They hit it off as soon as they appeared as mother and daughter.

This was 200% what Kim Yun-seok was aiming for. In an interview, he said, "I planned on it. I wanted them to even have the same hair. I asked them for a similar expression and they agreed to it right away. Their ad libs made most of the scene and it was so natural".
