Lee Junho's First Work Since Discharge, "The Red Sleeve" With Lee Se-young

Lee Junho, a member of the group 2PM and actor, has set his first move since he was discharged from the military with MBC TV drama "The Red Sleeve".

MBC TV said on the 12th, "Lee Junho and Lee Se-young have confirmed the main roles in the historical drama "The Red Sleeves" which is scheduled to air in the second half of the year".

The new MBC drama "The Red Sleeve" is based on a popular webtoon of the same name. It depicts the life of Seong Ui-bin, who was a court lady and rose to the rank of the first queen as a lady of the court, and her love with King Jeongjo, the 22nd king of the Joseon Dynasty. It is the work of writer Jeong Hae-ri and director Jeong Ji-in.

Lee Junho will play the role of Yi San, a perfectionist with a feisty personality, and show his change by falling in love with a confident court lady he met while trying to become a wise king.

Lee Se-young plays Seong Deok-im, a court lady who wants to live the life of her choice, not one of the numerous court ladies called the king's women.
