[HanCinema's News] "The Witch : Part 2. The Other One" Leads Box Office for Seventh Straight Day

According to figures released by the Korean Film Council on June 22nd, "The Witch : Part 2. The Other One" continues to lead the South Korean box office after seven days of availability. The supernatural action film earned 108,188 admissions on June 21st for a cumulative total of 1,688,804 admissions. "The Roundup" was in second place with 73,786 admissions for a cumulative total of 11,613,705 admissions.

The increasingly weak ratio with "The Roundup" is the least of problems for "The Witch : Part 2. The Other One" however. The new Top Gun movie opened in the South Korean market on June 22nd and is currently dominating in early reservations with 59.3% of the overall total compared to "The Witch : Part 2. The Other One" with only 13.3% as of this writing. "Decision to Leave" is also doing surprisingly well, the Park Chan-wook film in third place with 9.0% despite its release date being June 29th.
