[HanCinema's News] Song Chae-yoon Announces Pregnancy

Recently on her personal Instagram account, actress and webtoon author Song Chae-yoon announced that she is pregnant with a girl. The news follows her marriage to the hip-hop musician Chakun last September. Song Chae-yoon expressed personal gratitude that she became pregnant after only a single month of being married. She claimed that the sex of the baby was confirmed on February 6th, and that she would be having a girl. Song Chae-yoon hoped her daughter would be pretty.

Attached to the post is a picture of Song Chae-yoon smiling in a car seat while holding an ultrasound photo. Song Chae-yoon made her debut in the 2006 film "Arang" where she played the younger version of the lead character played by Song Yoon-ah. Though she appeared in "Kokdu: Season of Deity" recently, Song Chae-yoon has largely stopped acting to focus more on her career as a webtoon author. Her best known work is the school rival webtoon Friendly Competition.
