Actress Baek Ji-hye has confirmed her appearance as Seo Ji-yeon in "The New Employee".

"The New Employee" is a work that features the tense corporate life of Kim Jong-chan (Kwon Hyuk-I), a workaholic part manager of an advertising company, and his romance with Woo Seung-hyeon (Moon Ji-yong), a late bloomer intern. It is based on a web novel of the same name by Moscareto.

In the drama, Baek Ji-hye plays Seo Ji-yeon, a competent copywriter who is confident in everything and speaks what she has to say. She is a friend who best understands Woo Seung-hyeon's heart, and often gives advice on dating.

Currently, Baek Ji-hye is waiting for the release of her first commercial film starring in the movie "woongnami".
