Cha Jung-sook (Uhm Jung-hwa) left her ambition to continue her career as a doctor and devoted herself to being the perfect house wife. She spent those twenty years serving the family, being the perfect daughter-in-law, wife and a mother who would clean, cook and do it all for you. But soon she realizes that all her attempts were futile and no one in the family truly valued her. Jong-sook then vows to put herself before others and to begin pursuing her career.

But the only one by her side at the time was her old sworn enemy, Lee Soo-hyeok.
