Winning Animation From 10 Internal Animation Festivals Come To Korea

Powerhouse 3D productions, which are made with the most advanced technology, only show the eternal desire to perfect animation knowledge. Intense images and mysterious messages overwhelm the audience; and this is most evident in the animation feature Mirage, by Jang, Yeong-Woong, which won a Golden Prize for the Animation Category of the 34th Student Oscar Awards.

Besides Mirage, prize winning animation from 10 international animation festivals have also come to Korean theaters. Cinus ANIM!PACT, Korea's first monthly film festival, has already called for entries for the "Prizewinning Animation from 10 International Animation Festivals", as its August program.

The event includes some of the most popular animation from the April program, which received a massive amount of re-screening requests, of course, with Mirage, and offers as many as 70 animation features from the Middle East, South Asia, South America, Oceania, North America, and Western and Eastern Europe.

To improve the quality of the festival, organizers selected animations that already competed or have been selected as contenders in international festivals and are more than five years old. Also considered were the distribution numbers in regions and continents. The audience will be treated to animation from the Teheran International Animation Festival in Iran, Animamundi International Animation Festival in Brazil, ANIFEST in Trebon, Czechoslovakia.

The festival organizers categorized the festival into "Family Section" and "Mania Section", so that all the audience, regardless of sex or age, can enjoy it.
