Miss A Bae Suzy sued those who spread mean rumors about her.

JYP Entertainment claimed, "38 of the ID's spreading rumors about Bae Suzy have been reported to the Seoul Central Court".

Investigations are in progress and the agency claims there isn't going to be any mercy.
