The Queen (Shin Eun-kyung) made Na Wang-sik (Choi Jin-hyuk) the terrorist and framed the emperor Lee Hyeok as a druggie, murderer, and everything else. Seeing the Queen who also tried to kill him, Lee Hyeok suddenly asked her to shave his face for him.

In reality, Lee Hyeok knew that Na Wang-sik died with the bomb and thanks to him, more casualties were avoided.

Lee Hyeok fastened Na Wang-sik's badge on his chest and said, "Na Wang-sik, I'm going to live as you from today onwards. I will take care of things in your name".

The Queen thought he was Na Wang-sik and ordered him to be killed. Then she held up a gun to kill him herself. Oh Sunny (Jang Nara) yelled for her to stop but the Queen had already pulled the trigger.

The Queen smiled and asked, "How does it feel seeing Na Wang-sik like this?" But she was terrified when she saw that it was Lee Hyeok in bandages.

Lee Hyeok said, "I had to stop you even if it meant doing this. Now I'm glad I don't have to go back to the palace or play your puppet". The Queen asked why he did that and Lee Hyeok said, "You tried to kill me anyway" and smiled. The Queen said, "I killed Na Wang-sik. This isn't my fault".

Oh Sunny anguished over the death of a son who was killed by his mother. Before Lee Hyeok closed his eyes, he said, "I'm sorry I wasn't a good emperor or a good husband. I'm also sorry I can only live until here when I survived instead of your mother. Thank you for letting me love you. I love you".
