On the final episodes of the KBS 2TV drama "The Ghost Detective", ghost detective Lee Da-il (Choi Daniel), his assistant Jung Yeo-wool (Park Eun-bin), saw the end of their ghostly case.

Lee Da-il invoked chivalry and justice to save the people of the world and manage to put Seonwoo Hye out of existence.

After some time, he recovered and returned to Yeo-wool. He was an important person to her and a loving soul mate.

At the end of the final episode, a woman who seemed to be possessed called for help. Da-il, Yeo-wool, Park Jeong-dae (Lee Jae-kyoon), Han Sang-yeop and Gil Chae-won's collusion was strong. They did their best in collecting people's stories and evidence.

They went about solving cases that human's can't solve on their own. They chose to get rid of evil that survives on the weakness of humans permanently.
