Song Jong-ho is struggling between life and death after being stabbed by a poison knife.

KBS 2TV drama "The Fugitive of Joseon" showed Lee Jeong-hwan (Song Jong-ho) being stabbed by a poisoned knife on the nineteenth episode.

Lee Jeong-hwan predicted that there was going to be trap on the way of Kim Chi-yong's (Jeon Gook-Hwan) and volunteered to escort him. At that time, Choi Woo-yeong was kidnapped by Kim Chi-yong's men. He had known about Lee Jeong-hwan and Choi Woo-yeong, and did something about it to intimidate Lee Jeong-hwan.

Kim Chi-yong put a knife to Choi Woo-yeong's throat and threatened him, "Throw down your knife and kneel down". Lee did so for Choi's sake. The situation turned around when Choi Won (Lee Dong-wook) appeared. Lee grabbed his sword and battled with Kim Chi-yong and his men.
