Son Hyun-joo, Jang Seung-jo and Lee Elijah Confirm JTBC's Latest "The Good Detective"

Son Hyun-joo, Jang Seung-jo and Lee Elijah are starring in the new jTBC drama "The Good Detective", a story of real detectives who race between people who want to get closer to the truth and those who want to cover it up.

Son Hyun-joo tackles the role of tough and loyal detective Kang Do-chang with 18 years of experience. Jang Seung-jo plays Oh Ji-hyeok, an elite homicide detective who doesn't share feelings with others due to childhood wounds and lives a dry life. Lee Elijah plays Jin Seo-kyeong, a reporter with 5 years experience for a newspaper that is included in the TOP 4.

""The Good Detective" has the advantage of an investigative drama as well as a twist that breaks the traditional stereotype", says a production source. "The detective world depicted in the drama is based on close coverage of real detectives, acted out by outstanding actors Son Hyun-joo, Jang Seung-jo and Lee Elijah".

"The Good Detective" reunites Son Hyun-joo and PD Jo Nam-gook for the third time, and it is written by Choi Jin-won. The drama comes out in April on jTBC.
