Shim Eun-ha to get married in October

Retired actress Shim Eun-ha, 33, will tie the knot with a man named Ji Sang-uk, 40, at the Aston House of the Seoul Walker Hill Hotel on Oct. 18.
"I met my fiance late last year at a social gathering. I was attracted to him from day one, and we have been dating since last spring. We decided to get married in early July, and met each other's parents in August", said Shim in a press release published Sept. 20.
The wedding ceremony, which will be presided by a church reverend, will take place Oct. 18. The hotel hosting Shim's wedding is also in charge of announcing the actress's wedding plans and all related events.
Shim described her fiance as a "warmhearted and caring man", while Ji said he was attracted to Shim's "compassionate personality with a heart of gold", adding that he "feels happy by just being with her".
Shim reportedly has no plans to resume acting. While announcing her wedding plans, the actress said she wants to create a beautiful family and be a good wife to her husband in the future, just as she had succeeded in becoming a good actress.
The two said their feelings for each other grew stronger when they were apart in May, when Ji had to take a business trip to the United States.
