Seol Sung-min was handed over to court for fraud and he is currently locked up at the Seoul detention center. Seol Sung-min first became famous as an actor. He debuted in 1997 through a musical and starred in many more dramas and movies. Then, he established Mama Creative.

Seol Sung-min kept his situation secret. He allegedly told everyone that he was undergoing surgery in February when he was actually being jailed.

Han Da-gam, Rainbow's Cho Hyunyoung, Lee Yeon-soo and other actors in his company are in trouble. They have all cancelled their contracts with Mama Creative and are on their own.

Han Da-gam still hasn't received over 30 million won from the company. According to her sources, she's terminated the contract with Mama Creative, but Seol Sung-min's creditors have told her that her fees from the drama "Return" will be under seizure.

Cho Hyunyoung also is owed 6 to 7 million won. She's a former teen star who starred in the SBS drama "Burning Youth" and Mama Creative was her first agency. Lee Yeon-soo interviewed before that she was excited to be working under Mama Creative, but now with the director in jail for fraud, she's speechless.

Belonging to an agency means living under one roof like a family. Seol Sung-min's jailing has left his actors in a bind.
