Seo Taiji refuses withdraw "Can't stop reoccurrence of case, leave it up to the court to find the truth"

As Seo Taiji refuses to withdraw the case, it looks like the legal suit will start again.

Seo Taiji submitted a form of disagreement of cancellation to the court through a representative on the 17th.

Relating to this, the Seo Taiji company representative revealed, "The other side started this suit and also cancelled it without notice. Therefore it is likely that the same case might be brought up again anytime in the future and this case needs to be verified so we decided that we will leave it up to the court and not agree with the cancellation".

Lee Ji-ah had submitted a form withdrawing the case from the court on the 30th of April. The withdrawing can only be true if both sides agree but Seo Taijij has disagreed.

So it looks like the withdraw of case has been wrapped up and reopened. Their third pleading will take place on the 23rd of May.
