Puchon Fantasy Film Fest to Open Next Week

One way to beat the heat this month is to enjoy some quirky or non-mainstream movies at the 16th Puchon International Fantastic Film Festival, which will be held from July 19 to 29 in the city also spelled Bucheon in Gyeonggi Province, just west of Seoul.
