Prolific Actress Waits for Her Big Break

2016/08/26 Source

Actress Kim Ye-won is on the lookout for a new and challenging role after the release of her latest film "Run-off" early this month.

In the film, she appears as a hockey player who seems to be more interested in looks than training, but later tries hard to do her best with passion for the sport.

"It was a somewhat minor role, but I thought I needed to be impressive, making me think about the character over and over again while filming", Kim said.

This wasn't her first time worrying if she could play her role well. "I tend to be worry a lot. I always wonder if I am doing well", she said.

Kim, who may be unknown to many, has appeared in various dramas, films and musicals since her debut in 2008. Despite her career of nearly a decade, Kim said she feels she has various sides of herself to show.

"I prolifically worked and tried many things, but I still want to play many more new roles and I believe I will find the right career path along the way", she said.
