[Orion's Drama News] Late Romantic Bloom and Motherly Crimes

I have finally reached a week when I can only fit about 2/3 of the news into my piece, but quality over quantity is what I live for. Well, when I manage to stop myself from rambling, that is. Today I take a look at the lovely romance of "Shall We Kiss First" and give a nice final cheer for "Mother - Drama", which is starting this upcoming week.

Midlife Love Woes

Romance finds its way back to the life of those who has written it off in "Shall We Kiss First" and the series has new goodies to show for it. The series has held its first script reading, revealing many cast members. Since then, it has taken on a solid stride and the videos and images have kept coming. The series has three teasers and yes, they include said kissing, while we also get a poster and some stills. Assuming no one dies, I may watch this one day.

Runaway Mother

The time has come to meet the premiere of "Mother - Drama" and I am as terrified as I am excited. I never found the time to go through the Japanese original after all, but this means that I will have a fresh, less biased experience. The series has released new stills and new videos, including a highlight reel that will break your heart. For my general thoughts on the potential good and bad, check out my preview.

Upcoming Drama Goodies

"Along With the Gods: The Two Worlds" has been quite the hit and it looks like we have a drama remake in the works. "Miss Hammurabi" has gone on a casting spree with the main cast as well as the addition of Lee Tae-sung, and more, which I will talk about soon. "About Time" has cast Lee Seo-won and "My Husband Oh Jak-doo" has its main pairing. Park Shin-hye is courted for "Where Stars Land" and Jang Nara has been offered "Dog, Witch, and Me". Lastly, drama "Cross" has new promo stuff out and "Radio Romance" has new character posters, stills and videos.

Followed Dramas

There is so much stuff out this week and I cannot even fit it all in here. I have decided to cover "Mother - Drama" and "Queen of Mystery 2" for episode reviews, while "Children of a Lesser God" and "Misty" get a three-piece. We have new goodies on all the aforementioned dramas, so be sure to check out their profiles! Now to tackle the mountain of ongoing dramas. Wish me luck!
