[Orion's Daily Ramblings] Ryu Deok-hwan and Lee Elijah Round Up the Cast of "Miss Hammurabi"

It looks like my yearning for the continuation of "God's Quiz" will have to wait, but on the plus side, Ryu Deok-hwan has a work for his comeback after military service. He and Lee Elijah complete the main cast of "Miss Hammurabi", an upcoming jTBC drama about judges with diverse approaches and work ethics.

Ryu Deok-hwan plays Jeong Bo-wang, a judge in the Seoul Central District Court and the so-called "information king". He has been a friend of Im Ba-reun (Kim Myung-soo) since middle school and the two make up for each other's shortcomings. Bo-wang has a friendly demeanor and a very keen sense. Kim Do-yeon (Lee Elijah) seems to be the only one the aforementioned sense cannot figure out, which makes him curious about her.

Kim Do-yeon is a talented, fast stenographer, but her personal life is a mystery and no one can figure out her age. She is a cool beauty who does not fear rank and there is a rumor that she can focus on her work under any circumstances.

A perceptive walking encyclopedia gossipica and a mysterious beauty he can't figure out has romance written all over it, which makes me wonder exactly what the genre and tone of this will be, aside from the judicial theme. Are we in for a rom-com with a sprinkle of crime? A courthouse melodrama with a little love? Who knows. As long as it's good, I'm game.
