No Autopsy to Be Performed on Goo Ha-ra, Handwritten Note Found

The police have come to the conclusion that Goo Ha-ra's body won't be going through an autopsy.

Seoul Gangnam Police stated on the 25th, "Considering the bereaved family's statements and the situation on the scene, there is no suspicion of crime".

The bereaved family would like a quiet funeral without a postmortem.

Previously, Goo Ha-ra was found dead in her Chungdam-dong home on the 24th at around 6PM. According to the police, she was found by the housekeeper, who has been working for Goo Ha-ra for a while. Goo Ha-ra's final whereabouts were caught on CCTV around 12:35AM on the 24th of her going back home.

"Considering the examination of the scene and statements from the bereaved family, there are no chances of this being a homicide. We have also found a handwritten pessimistic note on the table in the living room", said Lee Yong-pyo, head of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, at a press conference on the 25th.

Meanwhile, according to the family's wishes, the funeral will be held in private. However, they have arranged for a separate funeral for fans and media at Room 1 of Seoul St. Mary's Hospital Funeral Hall from the 25th at 3PM to midnight of the 26th.
