Seh-hee and Ji-woo have been in love for two years. But Seh-hee becomes anxious about the possibility that Ji-woo will get tired of her, which she believes is slowly happening. To prevent their relationship from facing a crisis, she decides to say good-bye to him first and show up later after going through drastic facial plastic surgery.
