Director Kim Ki-duk's 11th film, "3-Iron" tells the story of a woman locked in a cycle of domestic violence, and a homeless young man with nothing to lose. Whenever Tae-seok, who distributes fliers door-to-door on a motorcycle, finds a vacant house, he decides to live in it for a few days, cleaning the house and repairing broken gadgets. One day, he visits a sumptuous mansion where Seon-hwa lives beaten by her husband. He saves her from her husband's violence by wielding a three-iron golf club against him. They live together like a married couple and visit a house where they find the body of an old man who has died from cancer.
