Listen from CEOs of Cultural Contents Industry

Voice of Korean cultural contents industries reached to members of the National Assembly including Heung-Gil Ko (The Grand National Party Hannara), the minister of Culture, Sports, Tourism, and Broadcasting Committee.

On 10th, inspection of the administration [government offices] conducted by the National Assembly of Culture, Sports, Tourism, and Broadcasting Committee on Korea Culture & Contents Agency (Director: Seok-Man Go) has been progressed. Prior to the inspection, there was an event called 'Listen from CEOs of Cultural Contents Industry' as the first event.

From 10 am, it has been conducted in Sangam DMC Culture Contents Center. CEOs from eleven enterprises of cartoon, animation, music, broadcasting, game, and edu-entertainment have participated to provide various opinions on the present conditions of Korean cultural contents as well as its assignment and plans.

In this meeting, Yu-Gyeong Kim, the vice-president of VOOZ. Co., Ltd, Ji-Hye Yang, the representative of Characterplan Co., Ltd, Jeong-Suk Jang, the director of Haksanpub Co., Ltd, Chang-Wan Han, the representative of Sejong Edutinment Co., Ltd, Yeong-Min Kim, the representative of SM Entertainment Co., Ltd, Uk Jeong, the president of JYP Entertainment Co., Ltd, Hun Jeong, the chairman of Korea DMB Co., Ltd, Chang-Su Lee, the representative of Paan Media Holdings Co., Ltd, Byeong-Jun Song, the president of Group Eight Co., Ltd, Tae-Woo Kim, the representative of Sejung Games Co., Ltd have attended to ask for interests and supports of the government because there are a lot of realistic problems and system difficulties.
