In the short interview held for the promotion of the upcoming movie "Heung-boo: The Revoluionist", actor Jung Woo shared his memories that he has with actor Kim Joo-hyuk. The interview began with a question about the premiere and Jung Woo hesitated to speak with watery eyes. He said:

"I couldn't really watch the movie at the premiere viewing. To share my impression on the complete movie, I will probably have to watch it again. I kept on remembering the time we were filming the movie. I think of Kim Joo-hyuk the most".

"There are all these episodes with Kim Joo-hyuk I want to share, but I do feel myself being very cautious in saying anything. Honestly, it's harder to promote the movie now while remembering him more than the filming itself".

The story of Heung-boo is a familiar folktale to everyone in Korea, but the movie "Heung-boo: The Revolutionist" takes a different approach to the story. In the movie, Yeon Heung-boo, played by Jung Woo, writes a story inspired by two brothers: the virtuous younger brother Jo Hyeok, played by Kim Joo-hyuk, and the vicious older brother Jo Hang-ri, played by Jung Jin-young. These two brothers become the model of Heung-boo and Nol-boo brothers in the Heung-boo popular in Korea.

In the movie, Heung-boo inspired is by Jo Hyeok as he watches Jo Hyeok's compassion in taking care of the unfortunate. Jung Woo said that he was inspired by Kim Joo-hyuk in real life like his character was in the movie. He said, "There was an energy specifically radiated by actor Kim Joo-hyuk. I acted as I felt that energy around me. Just his existence in the movie became the biggest support. He always cheered for me as he watched quietly".

"Heung-boo: The Revolutionist" talks about dreams and hopes in the days of tribulation. In the movie, the last message actor Kim Joo-hyuk conveyed was "to hope continuously without getting exhausted". As Jung Woo celebrate his 18 year acting career, he said he is also continuously hoping and dreaming in order to become an excellent actor.
