Lee Eugene will play the school days of Gong-chan, the male protagonist played by Hwang In-youp, in SBS's new drama "Why Her?"

"Why Her?" is a drama about Oh Soo-jae (Seo Hyun-jin), a cold lawyer who is empty in pursuit of success, and Gong-chan (Hwang In-youp), a law school student who is not afraid of anything to protect her.

Lee Eugene is expected to increase the immersion of the drama by playing the process of forming the protagonist's complex inner side.

Lee Eugene made his debut as the son of Jo Jae-yun and Oh Na-ra in JTBC's "SKY Castle" in 2018, and later attracted attention by appearing in various works such as the Netflix series "Sweet Home", the movie "The Golden Holiday" and tvN's "Melancholia".

In particular, after "SKY Castle" he grew more than 20cm in height and became a 'handsome actor' with a tall height of 188cm and a firm body, drawing attention as an 'icon of growth'.
