Lee Elijah to Star in Kwak Jeong-hwan's "Chief of Staff"

Actress Lee Elijah is starring in the new JTBC drama "Chief of Staff" as Yoon Hye-won, the president's aide.

"Chief of Staff" is the survival story of Jang Tae-joon (Lee Jung-jae), a super aide to the president in a world of politicians who gamble and wield power behind the scenes.

Lee Elijah's role of Yoon Hye-won is a young elite who brought herself up to class 6 in aide. She's a fighter and a strong believer in her opinions but always tries to choose the right path. She is a part of the aid staff that works with Jang Tae-joon, senior aide to a congressman.

Lee Elijah has been in dramas "Fight For My Way", "Children of a Lesser God", "The Last Empress" and others and "Chief of Staff" is the third drama she's doing with director Kwak Jeong-hwan.

Meanwhile, "Chief of Staff" starring Lee Elijah, Lee Jung-jae and Shin Min-a is coming out at the end of May.
