While "Defendant" ended last week, Lee Bo-young is coming back with the SBS weekend drama "Whisper". Her new drama could put pressure on her as her husband's drama ended with a shocking 30%.

At the premiere of the drama on the 24th, she said, "I don't feel that much pressure. I am thankful he paved the path but we need to compete drama to drama. It's not about viewing percentage but about satisfaction so I hope it turns out well. Actually, I haven't seen my husband's face in so long because we always missed each other at home. We don't give advice to each other when it comes to work".

"Whisper" is based on a law firm called Taebaek about a woman and man who go from enemies to friends and eventually lovers. Lee Bo-young takes on the role of Sin Yeong-joo, a detective who struggles to clear her father who was hit in the head by authority. Lee Bo-young claims she likes thrillers, hence the second thriller she is in since the "God's Gift - 14 Days" two years ago.

"Whisper" is written by Park Kyeong-soo. Lee Bo-young put her everything in the drama and displays everything from action to mellow scenes.

"Although the script is great, there are a lot of professional terms to go through, so I thought hard about making them heard to the viewers. I caused a lot of NGs because of my pronunciation. I am also covered in bruises, but I hope the action scenes turn out nicely.

She's also reuniting with Lee Sang-yoon from "My Daughter Seo-yeong". In regards to him, she said, "Sang-yoon is always a good listener".

When Lee Bo-young was asked, "What's the difference you feel now that you're an actress and also a mother? She responded, "They tell me I've become more 'tame'. I want my child to be proud of me in the future".
