Kim Nam-gil, Seohyun in Netflix's "Song of the Bandits"

Actors Kim Nam-gil and Seohyun have confirmed their appearance in Netflix's new original "Song of the Bandits".

Netflix said on the 14th, "We cast actors Kim Nam-gil, Seohyun, Yoo Jae-myung, Lee Hyun-wook-I, and Lee Ho-jung in the new original series "Song of the Bandits"".

Set in Japanese colonial era, "Song of the Bandits" is an action drama about characters who meet in Gando in the 1920s fighting to protect the home of the Joseon. Writer Han Jeong-hoon and director Hwang Joon-hyeok are back together again.

In this work, Kim Nam-gil plays the role of Lee Yoon, a bandit from the Japanese military who abandons everything and leaves for Gando, and Seohyun plays the role of Nam Hee-shin, head of the railway bureau of the Japanese Government-General of Korea, who lives in hiding.

Yoo Jae-myung plays Choi Choong-soo, a former righteous army commander, Lee Hyun-wook-I, an opportunist Japanese military officer Lee Gwang-il, and Lee Ho-jung plays Eon-nyeon a gunman sent to Gando to kill Lee Yoon.

Meanwhile, "Song of the Bandits" starring Kim Nam-gil, Seohyun, Yoo Jae-myung, Lee Hyun-wook-I and Lee Ho-jung, will be released on Netflix.
