The Korean Media Rating Board has come to a conclusion about the movie.

A review is given 3 months after the viewing restriction was made last month so it's likely Kim won't make it in time for the release in September. He's decided to give up the review. He's going to delete the scenes pointed out by the KMRB and ask for a new trial. About 1 minute and 40 seconds of the movie was cut and edited in the beginning. However, the movie ended up being restricted for viewing.

"Moebius" is about a boy who lives in a broken family because of his father's affair with another woman. There was an issue when this movie was restricted from viewing because it had scenes like intercourse between mother and son and portraying of sexual organs. When this happens, a movie can only be played in an exclusive theater but nothing like that exists in Korea so it's technically impossible to watch it.
