The first trial for Kim-Jho Gwang-soo and Kim Seung-hwan is happening on the 6th.

The couple are going to claim unfairness to the Seodaemun Gu Office for not passing their marriage report. The trial will be held in private.

The network for sexual minority family members says, "There have been various countries in which gay marriage has been legalized. The court must not acknowledge unfairness and exclusion of sexual minorities and should guarantee their right to pursue happiness like everyone else".

About 15 lawyers from various areas are planning to attend this trial.

This trial is a big issue along with the historical ruling of the United States allowing all gay marriages on the 26th of June.

Meanwhile, Kim-Jho Gwang-soo and Kim Seung-hwan got married on the 7th of September in 2013 in front of families and friends and roughly 2,000 or so public people. They submitted their marriage report on the 10th of December but the Seodaemungu Office didn't follow through with the registering because, 'there was no mutual agreement between the two people'.
