K-pop Super Stars to Perform in 'Snowfall in October' Concert

The list of K-pop stars who will perform at an upcoming concert entitled "Snowfall in October", to be held at the amphitheater of Yonsei University in Seoul, has been unveiled. The star-studded list includes Shin Seung-hoon, Lee So-ra, Alex and Sweet Sorrow. The concert will be held on October 11 at 7:00 p.m. and on October 12 at 6:00 p.m.

The annual concert, which premiered in 1999, has invited some of Korea's biggest K-pop names to perform including Kim Hyun-chul, Lee So-ra, Yoon Jong-shin, Sung Si-kyung, Park Hyo-shin, Cho Kyu-chan, Lee Mun-seh, Shin Seung-hoon, Lee Soo-young, Lee Seung-hwan and Park Jung-hyun and Fly to the Sky.

Nineties K-pop icons Shin Seung-hoon and Lee So-ra, who both plan to release their new albums in October, will perform their biggest hits.

Presenting mellow and romantic songs will be Alex, the lead vocalist of Clazziquai who rose to superstardom by starring in "We Got Married", a popular segment on MBC's "Sunday Night Show", as well as group Sweet Sorrow, who became a household name with the phenomenal success of their single "No Matter How Hard I Try", which was also featured in the popular SBS drama series "Age of Love".

For the members of Sweet Sorrow, who all graduated from Yonsei University, it will be their first time taking part in this particular concert. Member Sung Jin-hwan said he had seen the concert as an audience member in 1999 and that he was thrilled and a little nervous to actually be performing in it nearly a decade later.
