Zo In-sung honored as 'Most Popular Foreign Actor of the Year'

Actor Zo In-sung was awarded "The Most Popular Foreign Artist of the Year" at the 11th Esquire Man At His Best Awards in China.

Zo In-sung was interviewed by media at the Conrad Hotel on the 1st and attended the awards ceremony.

Zo In-sung made a speech saying, "Thank you for inviting me to such a wonderful night. I've come to Beijing for Esquire and I was able to meet good work and good people. I hope I get to meet more fans through more work".

At the Big Stage Interview, Zo In-sung said, "I think this is the result of Chinese fans showing support for Korean drama. I personally wished to communicate better with Chinese fans through drama and now that I know for sure, the award is meaningful".

Zo In-sung caused a stir with his drama "It's Okay, That's Love" and won the Grand Prize at the 2014 Style Icon Awards and Daejeon Drama Festival. Also, his achievement of the Most Popular Foreign Artist at the honoring Esquire Awards proved his popularity and showed how much influence he's had throughout the year.

The Esquire Awards is a major event held in the Chinese region that's been going on for 10 years and the event was attended by Zhang Yiyi, Fan Bing Bing, Cheung Hok Yau, movie director Chen Kaige and Feng Xiaogang.
