"Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha" depicts a tiki-taka romance between realist dentist Yoon Hye-jin and all-around unemployed leader Hong, in a sea village full of humane people. Attention is focusing on the warm story added to the romance to be portrayed by director Yoo Je-won and writer Sin Ha-eun.

Jo Han-chul plays Oh Cheon-jae, the owner of Gongjin's live cafe and pub. A former unfortunate singer who disappeared after releasing a hit song in the 1990s, he settled in Gongjin because he liked the sea while wandering around the night stage after stopping his career in the entertainment industry. He currently lives in the glory of the past raising his middle school daughter. He will provide fun to the drama with his unique realistic performance.

Meanwhile, Jo Han-chul has continued his relentless acting career, starting with the films "Three Sisters" and "New Year Blues" this year, including tvN's dramas "Vincenzo", "Jirisan" and "Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha".
