Jeon Do-yeon's next nickname in place of Queen of Cannes

Queen of Cannes Jeon Do-yeon is coming back with the new tvN drama "The Good Wife".

Jeon Do-yeon is starring in her first drama in 11 years. She debuted in 1990 with a Johnson & Johnson's commercial and not long after that, she started to act in dramas. She started her first drama in 1992 and continued without a break until 1998.

After the 90s she started to act in movies more than dramas. She took home several awards for the movie she did in 1997 and continued years of mellow movies gave her the title, Queen of Mellow.

Jeon Do-yeon was awarded Best Actress and made it to Cannes for the 2007 movie "Secret Sunshine". She was honored with the grand prize there and she became, Queen of Cannes.

She returned to Cannes in 2010 for the movie "The Servant" and 3 years later, she was called back as a judge. In 2015, she made her fourth visit to Cannes for the movie "The Shameless".

The last drama she starred in was in 2002 and 2005. Now, she's returning with the new "The Good Wife".

She said, "I usually look at the emotional parts of a scenario, but this time I looked at the drama itself. I started off with dramas and I am open to any genre".
