Sheraton Incheon Hotel

Winner of the Leader of the Year award for the Korea-Japan-Guam region, Richard Suter is now the new general manager of the Sheraton Incheon Hotel. The Swiss Hotelier's career in hospitality spans 24 years across seven different countries including his homeland, Thailand, Indonesia and Hong Kong. He left his last position as general manager at the Westin Miyako Kyoto in Japan to come here.

Suter has been recognized as the industry leader especially for community initiatives and personnel management skills.

Grand Hilton Seoul

In celebration of the traditional German festival, Grand Hilton Seoul presents the Oktoberfest package to be held at the hotel's convention center on Sept. 8.

Cool down with a delicious selection of refreshing ice-cream cakes offered at the Deli at the Grand Hyatt Seoul through the end of August.

Millennium Seoul Hilton

Cilantro, Millennium Seoul Hilton's Mediterranean all-day dining restaurant, will offer exotic Asian specialties from Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and India for the month of September.

The restaurant's buffet will feature a variety of Asian dishes made using exotic spices and seasonings mixed with lush local ingredients. Some highlights include chili crab from Singapore, tom yam kung from Thailand and pata humba of the Philippines.

Imperial Palace Seoul

Imperial Palace Seoul's Chinese restaurant, Cheonsan, is presenting a traditional Chinese course menu for a limited time, prepared using the recipes by a chef from Haiqing Hotel in Qingdao, its sister hotel.

In the seven-course meal, set A features jellyfish dish, fried green bean sprouts and vermicelli, scallops and bacon with mayonnaise sauce, bean curd with black bean sauce, braised port and Zha cai and fried rice or noodle. It costs 60,000 won.

Set B includes soup with shrimp and vegetables, braised spiny turban shell and celery, fried shrimp with orange cream sauce, bean curd with brown sauce, and braised pork belly in oyster sauce. The price is 75,000 won. For more information, call 02-3440-8000.
