[HanCinema's News] Lee Ji-eun and Jung Soo-jung Quietly Attend Sulli's Funeral Ceremony

Reports released on October 18th have stated that Lee Ji-eun attended Sulli's funeral ceremony earlier this week. The news come as a bit of a surprise, because Lee Ji-eun was not among the many celebrities who expressed condolences over social media throughout the week.

The reason given for Lee Ji-eun's recalcitrance was to avoid distracting from the upcoming release of her new album in November. However, because Lee Ji-eun did not have much in the way of public commitments this week, she was free to spend personal time along with other grievers while other persons involved in the production of the album simply continued their work in her absence.

Jung Soo-jung of f(x) is another celebrity who avoided making public statements about Sulli's death over the week, mainly because she didn't have to. The other f(x) members were in the midst of performance schedules, which had to be explained.

Jung Soo-jung faced some scrutiny over social media for being the only apparent member of f(x) not to be paying respects to Sulli. In response to the criticism a person close to Jung Soo-jung has confirmed that she too was distraught over the news, and attended the funeral service along with the other current f(x) members. Sulli left f(x) back in 2015.
