On September 10th the SBS entertainment news program 'Access Showbiz Tonight' analyzed Koo Hye-sun's allegations about Ahn Jae-hyun being deficient when it came to the emotional demands of their relationship. Koo Hye-sun and Ahn Jae-hyun, as well as their legal teams, both refused interviews. On Ahn Jae-hyun's side there was no comment, while Koo Hye-sun's side cited their intention to provide evidence at trial.

One critical point of analysis was over the lists Koo Hye-sun and Ahn Jae-hyun had made for each other about how to do better in the relationship. Koo Hye-sun mentions willingness to change, talking with other women while drunk, and physicality as problems for Ahn Jae-hyun to work on. However, the only point of advice Ahn Jae-hyun offered for Koo Hye-sun was for her to be willing to divorce.
The list alone does not suggest that Ahn Jae-hyun is having an affair, though it does hint at his being the one who is unwilling to try and salvage the relationship. Part of the reason why Koo Hye-sun and her representative neglected to speak to 'Access Showbiz Tonight' is because they would be presenting evidence at trial. Any concrete proof that Ahn Jae-hyun is or was having an affair with a co-star from "Love With Flaws" would be very damaging to his case, provided it exists.
A legal specialist interviewed by 'Access Showbiz Tonight' said that if Koo Hye-sun's allegations are true and provable then she has most likely been putting them out in public to prevent a divorce. But if they're not true, then Ahn Jae-hyun would likely have decent cause to petition for a divorce. As Ahn Jae-hyun would not normally have obvious legal means to petition for divorce this makes these public allegations a major risk on Koo Hye-sun's part if they can't be supported in court.
