A team of storytellers from Hong Kong and a team from Japan won the contest and will now get to visit key locations where Hallyu dramas have been filmed.

The Japanese and Hong Kong Hallyu fans will tour locations where the popular Korean Broadcasting System drama "IRIS" was filmed. They include the Gwanghwamun Plaza, the Cheonggye Stream, and the Bukchon Hanok Village, where traditional Korean houses remain.

Also at a Hanok guest house in Bukchon, the foreign fans will taste Korean foods, including the popular rice wine, makgeolli and scallion pancakes called "Pajeon".

Some 95 Hallyu fans from twelve nations took part in the contest.
