The new KBS2 drama "When the Camellia Blooms" is a romcom-mystery drama that revolves around Dong-baek (Kong Hyo-jin) and her daily interactions with The Good Man, The Bad Man and The Petty Man as she manages her bar called Camellia.

Kong Hyo-jin plays Dong-baek, a woman who is surrounded by the world's prejudices, but is a naive and strong-minded person trying to live a life of her own. She's never been loved before, but she knows how to love. This is Kong Hyo-jin's first drama in 3 years since "Don't Dare to Dream".

Kang Na-neul has been in hiatus for 2 years, as he served in the military, and he chose to come back with "When the Camellia Blooms". He plays Hwang Yong-sik, simple and righteous, but reckless, countrified, but sexy. He always tells Dong-baek she's the best, portraying the once popular image of being cold outside and warm on the inside.

Meanwhile, "When the Camellia Blooms" is helmed by Cha Yeong-hoon and penned by Lim Sang-choon who are getting together for the first time in over 3 years since "Becky's Back".
