This pictorial was his first official activity since National Service. He's usually known as a genius at being photogenic and they weren't wrong this time either. In the following interview, Go Kyung-pyo talked about his personal life and his future plans.

His time in the military was a time he could reflect on. "I looked back to all my acting. I was in such amazing works, but I wasn't happy with myself. I'm so grateful to my fans, but I also think that some may have been disappointed. I reminded myself to be better. I personally hope my next work is better".

The actor is into traveling and painting these days. "I've been spending a lot of time with family and friends. I always wanted some alone time after the military and now I have more time with close people. I also went on a trip with my friends recently".

"I think an actor should be useful and stay projected. I wanted to try out some art of my own, so I am going to start painting on canvas or make sculptures. I have thought them out in my head while I was in the military and I'll soon be able to show them to you".

He's more open to realistic stories now. "When I was young, I found it fun to imagine unrealistic stories in my head, but now those unrealistic stories don't really go with me. I am now more open to realistic stories and more valid characters".

Go Kyung-pyo says he wants to love himself more and trust himself as an actor, rather than be intimidated by those around him. More to read and see in the March issue of Grazia.
