Producer of KBS's "Gag Concert", Seo Min-soo confirmed to Money Today Star News on February 3rd that comedian Hwang Hyun-hee will indeed to removed from the lineup of the popular show. This stems from Hwang's recent scandal involving a drunk driving incident.
There have been rumors of Hwang's corner on the show, "Good Morning, Korean", being thrown out the window altogether. However, Seo commented that that has yet to be decided. More information will be available after the final decision is made on February 7th.
Hwang has already recorded for the upcoming episode to air on February 6th. Due to the recent decisions, this recording will not be aired.
Meanwhile, police are waiting for further questioning on the drunk driving incident.
