Behind the scenes story of the birth of a great work by great producers of our time

Producers of great hit contents are going to entertain audiences with behind-the-scenes story, covering its birth and the process of gaining popularity.
Managed by the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA), the Planning & Creation Academy for Cultural Contents hosts 'Workshop on Case Studies about Creation of Cultural Contents' every Tuesday and Thursday from July 28 to Aug. 13, at the Broadcasting Hall (3F) in Mok-dong, Seoul.
To get a better understanding of content creation and improve critical thinking on a work, the workshop consists of lectures and discussion sessions. For this, leading producers of great contents are invited to talk about all the process ranging from conception of ideas to planning and creation. Especially, the workshop is expected to promote interest and understanding about the content industry this year given that the workshop is opened to the public. It was previously a regular course.
Kim Yong-kwan, head of the Human Resources Development Team at KOCCA, said, "I hope participants in the workshop to have the spirit of creation and challenge and read the trend earlier than others as the education center has been opened not only to students of the academy but also to general public", after introducing KOCCA and the academy when he visited the education center on 28, the first day of lecture sessions.

On the first day of 28, director Kang Hyeong-cheol of 'Scandal Makers' and PD Lee An-na will deliver lectures with the theme of 'The Power of Planning, the Secret behind Attraction of 8 million Moviegoers'.
On 30, stories of producer Jang You-jung of 'Brothers were brave' will be heard. The musical is considered to extend the boundary of Korean musical by incorporating Korean matters into a musical. On Aug. 4, Yoon Tae-ho will meet the audiences with his unyielding story which has enjoyed huge popularity since its first serialization in 2007.

On Aug. 6, the process of birth and growth of Pororo, the Little Penguin will be presented by Choi Jong-il, representative of Iconix Entertainment.
