For gadget fans and techies all Around The World, 2012 has definitely been an exciting year! Many Korean companies wowed us with a parade of innovative, practical and simply gorgeous electronics. While we could go on forever about the best gadgets of the year, today at AT&D, we decided to introduce three of our top favorite products!

OLED TV

Larger-screen OLED TVs were one of the most hotly anticipated products this year. At the beginning of this year, AT&D introduced how new OLED TVs would be jaw-droppingly thin. The results didn't disappoint. Both Samsung and LG TVs boast of a 1mm thin bezel with alluring designs.

OLED TVs will offer amazing image quality with plasma panels and LG and Samsung both announced that their TVs will have smart functions. These TVs will be a must-have item for home entertainment enthusiasts. Since the launch dates have been pushed back to 2013, there's just one more thing to be excited for in the new year.

Optimus G and Galaxy S3

2012 will go down as an outstanding year for Korean smartphone companies. In November, the Galaxy S3 became the world's best-selling smartphone and the Optimus G clearly proved that LG can make great smartphones. Both products nabbed top honors as the world's best smartphones by Consumer Reports.

Phablet

Consumers now crave bigger screens! In 2012, phablets became a major emerging trend and LG and Samsung currently dominate the phablet market with 92% market share according to Strategy Analytics.
