"Architecture 101" hits number 1 at the box office

"Architecture 101" with Han Ga-in, Uhm Tae-woong, Lee Je-hoon and Bae Suzy hit first place in the box office on the first day of its release.

According to the Korean Film Commissions on the 23rd, "Architecture 101" on the 22nd gathered a total of 66,504 audiences in one day and rose to top 1. The accumulated number is 151,577.

"Architecture 101" blended in the topic of 'architecture' with the topic of 'first love' in the process of Seo-yeon (Han Ga-in) and Seung-min (Uhm Tae-woong) completing a house together feeling what could have been love back in the college days when they first met. The rumors and favorable comments about the movie since the press release foresaw a big hit for the movie.

Meanwhile, "Helpless" fell to second place with a total of 49,353 and accumulated number of 1,799,216. "Untouchables" ("Intouchables") stood in 3rd place with 46,616.
