"Along With the Gods: The Last 49 Days" Brings in Ma Dong-seok

Director Kim Yong-hwa's "Along With the Gods: The Last 49 Days" has replace Oh Dal-soo with Ma Dong-seok.

The movie is coming out on the 1st of August. It is a sequel to the first movie "Along With the Gods: The Two Worlds", which is the second ranking movie in Korea and Ma Dong-seok who made a short appearance in the first "Along With the Gods: The Two Worlds" will now hold a leading role in the second.

The production team has decided to cut all of Oh Dal-soo and Choi Il-hwa's scenes. Oh Dal-soo had more scenes than Choi Il-hwa, but for the sake of the movie, it was decided that everything had to be cut . It was difficult to convince the investors support a new set and the deletion of Oh Dal-soo and Choi Il-hwa's scenes.

Although the film has suffered setbacks, Ma Dong-seok is most definitely an asset, a man called a 'ticket powering' actor with the success of his previous movie "The Outlaws". He is a big piece of luck for "Along With the Gods: The Last 49 Days".

According to Lotte Entertainment, if the first movie was based on fascinating computer graphics and emotional movement, "Along With the Gods: The Last 49 Days" is going to show the journey from the present life to the next.
