Han Chae-young to Star in "Scandal - 2024"

Han Chae-young will be cast as Moon Jung-in in KBS 2TV's new daily drama "Scandal - 2024" which is scheduled to premiere in June.

"Scandal - 2024" is a new one-day drama that will portray a scandal of fate between a woman who wants to have the world and another woman who risks everything for revenge. Director Choi Ji-yeong, who has been recognized for her sensuous visual beauty and immersive directing skills in big works such as "Apple of My Eye" and "The All-Round Wife" and artist Hwang Soon-yeong, who boasts solid writing skills in "Red Shoes", "The Great Wives" and "Two Mothers" are in sync, heralding the birth of a famous daily drama

Han Chae-young plays Moon Jeong-in, the head of the production company Jungin Entertainment, in the drama. Married to Baek Dong-ho at high speed, she steals her husband's entire fortune, sets up an agency, changes her name from Moon Kyeong-sook to Moon Jeong-in, and starts a new life. One day, Jeong-in, who meets Seo Jin-ho, an aspiring actor who looks so similar to her first love, is swept away by a huge whirlwind of fate.
