'Blood Rain' Tops Box Office

"Blood Rain (Hyolui Nu)", a murder mystery set in the Choson period, was the top film at the box office for the second consecutive weekend.

The film was seen by 152,000 people in Seoul over the weekend and is set to break the 2-million-viewer mark, according to the Korean Film Council.

"Kingdom of Heaven", directed by Ridley Scott, came in second at the box office with 94,000 people in Seoul, followed by "Innocent Steps", the romantic film starring Moon Geun-young, which was seen by 93,000 people.

"Coach Carter" and "Millions" came in fourth and fifth, respectively.
