Actress Kim Seo-an plays a young gisaeng character in "My Dearest".

On the 6th, his agency VAST Entertainment announced that Kim Seo-an will appear in MBC's new Friday-Saturday drama "My Dearest".

"My Dearest" is a melodrama about the love of lovers and the vitality of the people through the Manchu War.

According to VAST Entertainment, Kim Seo-an plays a young gisaeng Yeong-rang in Uiju, the home of Lee Jang-hyun (Namkoong Min). Yeong-rang is a character with a clear-looking appearance and a strong and brave personality, named 'bright and brilliant like the dew of dawn'.

Kim Seo-an met the audience in December last year as Nina, the main character of the play Gull, directed by Lee Soon-jae. Her debut film was Naver TV's "Miss Independent Ji-eun 2" followed by her appearance in various works such as the web drama "Ending Again", "Fantasy of the Girls" and "Someway".

"My Dearest" will premiere at 9:50 PM on Friday, August 4th.
